Flower Essence Offerings
As a single mum with a chronic condition I understand how important it is to find something that is both natural and gentle on the body to support both individuals, parents and children.
Flower essences are not a quick fix and they are not a solution for every challenge or deep issue, however, they are a reliable and natural accompaniment to life's challenges that have
supported, empowered and rekindled happiness for both my son and I.
I truly believe that flower essences are a magical gift to us from the plant world that may help us maintain good health and wellbeing.
I have found through personal experience that a range of offerings provide greater results and sustained
well-being. Having regular sessions accelerated feelings of well-being, helping me stay on track and keeping my transformation a top priority. I found the benefits from the sessions were cumulative; each session building on the work I had accomplished in the previous session enabling me to experience 'breakthroughs' that I could sustain.
Detailed below are the offerings that I provide to ensure you receive the most benefit from our time together.

All sessions can be made via video call, telephone or in person.
'Dip Your Toe' Offering
£25.00
1 Single Session (20 - 30 minutes in length)
Includes 30 minute consultation and a 30ml hand blended Bespoke Essence
(essences chosen using a combination of knowledge and intuition)
Recommended if you have never taken flower essences before and you would like to experience what they could do for you. Ideal if you have a one off event such as a driving test, or, an emotion that you have already identified yourself as somethng you would like to shift.
Get to experience flower and vibrational essences without delving deep!
'One Step At A Time' Offering
£45.00
(Initial session £55.00)
1 Single Session (approximately 1 hour in length)
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for initial session
Includes 1 hour consultation, a 30ml hand blended Bespoke Essence
and a follow up call (up to 20 mins in length) 3-4 weeks after the session
Recommended if you would like to explore a particular issue or emotion together. Offering includes a one hour consultation where we can explore what is going for you; this is where shifts can sometimes start to manifest immediately. After the consultation I will consider any essences we have discussed during the session together with selecting those that will support you combining my knowledge of the essences with intuition to select your bespoke blend.
'Nurturing Walk' Offering
£195.00
3 Sessions (approximately 1 hour in length) over a period of 3 months
Includes 3 consultations, 3 hand blended 30ml Bespoke Essences and
3 mid-month check-ins (approximately 30 mins in length)
Recommended if you would like support to delve deeper and explore any emotional or mental imbalances that are not serving you.
After each consultation I will consider any essences we have discussed during the session together with selecting those that will support you combining my knowledge of the essences with intuition to select your bespoke blend.
With support over several weeks you can really start to experience deep change from within.

(Session may be broken down into 2 shorter sessions if more favourable)
Includes 2 hour consultation, a hand blended 30ml Bespoke Essence for you both
and a follow up call (up to 30 mins in length) 3-4 weeks after the session
Recommended if you would like support for both you and your child to empower and rekindle happiness within the family.
After the consultation I will consider any essences we have discussed during the session together with selecting those that will support you both combining my knowledge of the essences with intuition to select your bespoke blend.
